General Data Protection Regulation

The Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR) was accepted on March 24, 2016 and published in the Official Gazette No. 29677 dated April 7, 2016. Some parts of the KVKK entered into force on the date of publication, while others entered into force on October 7, 2016.

As Ader Dent, we attach importance to the security of your personal data. Our company, established in accordance with the Constitution and Laws of the Republic of Turkey; We would like to inform our valued customers about how personal data is collected, processed and the purpose of processing within the framework of the regulations brought by the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, as the “Data Controller” as defined in the GDPR.

The personal data that you, our valued customers, share with our company by giving your explicit consent, may be processed in company records, as determined by the GDPR, limited to the company's fields of activity and service, may be transferred to and stored by domestic and foreign persons affiliated with our company, and may be used and classified for profiling.

Collection, Processing and Purposes of Processing of Personal Data

According to the KVKK numbered 6698, your personal data that you share with Ader Dent may be processed by us as a subject to all kinds of transactions performed on the data, in whole or in part, automatically or non-automatically provided that it is part of any data recording system. Any transaction performed on the data within the scope of the KVKK is considered as "processing of personal data".

Your personal data collected through the www.aderdent.com website; to be able to offer our products and services, to communicate with you regarding the products and services you have received/will receive, to be able to offer products/services and to be used in other marketing activities, new product studies, etc. are processed for the purposes.

To Whom and for What Purposes Can Processed Personal Data Be Transferred

Our company may transfer the personal data it has collected; in accordance with the basic principles stipulated by the KVKK and within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to our business partners, business contacts, subcontractors, in line with the PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE WE PROVIDE or to the supervisory and regulatory official institutions regulated by the Law and ordered by the Laws, domestically and internationally within the framework of the legislation for the purposes specified above.

Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

For the purposes specified above, the persons / organizations to whom your personal data that you share with Ader Dent may be transferred are our direct or indirect domestic / foreign affiliates, program partner organizations that we cooperate with, domestic / foreign organizations and other 3rd parties.

The Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of the KVKK

In this context, personal data owners;

• To learn whether personal data has been processed,
• To request information about personal data if it has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
• To request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing are eliminated despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant laws and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
• To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To request compensation for the damages incurred due to the processing of personal data in violation of the law.

Pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 1 of the GDPR, you may submit your request to exercise your rights specified above to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (registered electronic mail ("KEP") address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or by using the electronic mail address previously notified to our Company by the relevant person and registered in the data controller's system or by means of a software or application developed for the purpose of application).

When you wish to exercise your rights specified above, you may submit your request to us in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. If you wish to submit your application, you may apply by post to the company address.

Storage and Protection of Personal Data

It will be kept confidential in the database and systems of Ader Dent in accordance with Article 12 of the GDPR; it will not be shared with third parties in any way except for legal obligations and the regulations specified in this document.
